QuarkLeads and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shulyn Technologies Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data belongs to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you upload to QuarkLeads.

6. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any downtime or data loss

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuarkLeads, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuarkLeads and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
