We're sorry to see you go. Learn how to permanently delete your QuarkLeads account.

Before You Delete

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including leads, contacts, call records, and analytics will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All lead and contact information
  • Call recordings and transcriptions
  • Custom workflows and automation settings
  • All analytics and reporting data
  • Integration connections

Before Deleting Your Account

We recommend you take these steps first:

  1. Export all your data using the account settings
  2. Download any reports or analytics you need
  3. Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
  4. Remove team members and transfer ownership if applicable
  5. Disconnect all third-party integrations

How to Delete Your Account

1Via Account Settings

  • • Log in to your QuarkLeads account
  • • Go to Settings → Account Settings
  • • Scroll to "Danger Zone"
  • • Click "Delete Account"
  • • Confirm by entering your password

2Via Email Request

Send an email to hello@quarkleads.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Include your full name and account email for verification.

Processing Time

  • Self-service deletion: Immediate
  • Email request: Within 5 business days
  • Data purge from backups: Within 30 days

Data Retention for Legal Purposes

While we delete your account and data immediately, we may retain certain information for legal and compliance purposes, including:

  • Billing records and invoices (for tax and accounting)
  • Transaction history (as required by law)
  • Support tickets and communications (for dispute resolution)

Changed Your Mind?

If you initiated account deletion but want to cancel the request, contact us immediately at:

We can only cancel if the deletion hasn't been processed yet (usually within 24 hours).

Rather Not Delete?

Consider temporarily deactivating your account instead. You can reactivate anytime without losing your data.
